Following the decisions of the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (the ICIT), on 1 September 2021 Ukraine announced three new trade investigations:
The investigations are expected to be concluded within one year (anti-dumping) and next nine months (safeguard), unless extended by the investigation authority. The deadline for registration as interested parties in all cases is October 1, 2021.
The ICIT also completed the expiry reviews and voted to extend anti-dumping 25.73% duty on imports of electric filament lamps from Kyrgyzstan for another five years, and safeguard quantitative quotas on imports of sulfuric acid and oleum for another three years.
