Robinson Patman team successfully assisted KRAUSE, the European producer of ladders, and its Ukrainian importer in the framework of the anti-dumping investigation initiated with regard to imports to Ukraine of aluminum ladders originating in Slovakia, Poland, the People’s Republic of China and Belarus.
The result was achieved thanks to the line of defense arguments elaborated by Robinson Patman team and proving that the complaint was submitted by an improper national producer, there was no injurious dumping, and the casual link is absent.
The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade decided to terminate the investigation without the imposition of anti-dumping measures. The decision is available under the link (only in Ukrainian).
Robinson Patman team working on the project consisted of Associate Olena Yarko and Counsel Nadiia Dmytrenko, headed by the Managing Partner Dmytro Vidsota.
