Robinson Patman Law Firm successfully protected interests of the Indian tile industry (representing 114 Indian producers and exporters) in the safeguard investigation against imports of ceramic tiles to Ukraine. The investigation was suspended without application of any safeguard measures.

Our lawyers prepared objections to the national producer’s complaint that has been a ground for initiation of the investigation. Following this, the investigating authority recommended to terminate the safeguard investigation without applying safeguard measures. The decision was voted by the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade in July 2021.

Robinson Patman team working on the project consisted of associates Olena Yarko and Bronislav Kolos, senior associate Sabina Volokova, counsel Nadiia Dmytrenko, supervised by the managing partner Dmytro Vidsota.
