Nadiia is a Partner of Robinson Patman, heading the firm’s Regulatory, Antitrust & Competition and International Trade groups, with over 10 years of experience of working with the leading government and private sector entities from regulated and strategic industries. As a niche practice, Nadiia leads Pro Bono projects for charity and cultural institutions in Ukraine.

She has experience of working in multi-national teams and handling global cross-border projects. Nadiia’s core areas of expertise are agribusiness, manufacturing, technology, consumer sector, and chemical industry.

In the area of antitrust and competition law, Nadiia has a track record of advising on cartels, abuse of dominant position, vertical restraints and merger control, as well as handling antitrust litigations.

Nadiia also has a wealth of experience advising multinational and local companies on international trade law and policy issues, including trade remedies, market access and regulatory matters involving economic sanctions, export control, customs, and environmental and competition law issues relating to trade.
