Dmytro is a Managing Partner in the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Banking Regulation teams with over 10 years of experience in private and public sectors. He is also the Head of the firm’s Government Relations Practice, where he works at the intersection of business and government.
He helps businesses engage effectively in the making of the laws, regulations and policies that affect them. He also helps state authorities, regulators and other policymakers to take robust decisions.
Dmytro is focused in particular on infrastructure and transport (rail, road, airports and ports) sectors, and has a track record of working with government and private sector entities to develop, restructure, and divest large infrastructure assets. His expertise covers also projects from mining, steel, energy sectors, and industrial parks.
Dmytro also has experience with international trade, advising private companies, public institutions and industry associations, on various matters of trade regulations, market access (free trade agreements), trade remedies, and sanctions.
He takes an active part in the development of draft regulations on the adaptation of Ukrainian regulatory legislation with the EU law.
