Dmytro has a track record of working with government and private sector entities to implement Ukraine infrastructure recovery projects with international financing mechanisms (grants, soft loans), develop, restructure, and divest large infrastructure assets. His expertise covers also projects from mining, steel, energy sectors, and industrial parks.
Dmytro also has experience with international trade, advising private companies, public institutions and industry associations, on various matters of trade regulations, market access (free trade agreements), trade remedies, and sanctions.
